Some news or something.
The form class is pratically finnished, it just requires the option to change how the fields are outputted.. err, yeah. Other than that, AEYNIAS Rx is done.. x means IDK what revision I'm on. bleah

Something new.
alrighty, I have started working on a new form class (just started today actually). Anyways, its pretty nice thus far.. Its VERY object oriented.. Becuase of this though, it makes the form very customaizabe and dynamic! w00t. Just thought I would check in.. This version of AEYNIAS isn't to far from being released.. I could release right now, I think anyways.. Happy coding n such!

got a change of pace
basically, I haven't been working on AEYNIAS for.. well since my last blog post. Some new updates
- The menu template inside the config file, complete deprciated. You now set your menu template inside your base.phtml file..
- You no longer need to place the style tags infront of css, if its not there AEYNIAS will automatically put the tags in.. if no css is being added, then it will automatically delete the tags
thats all for now.

Ok soh..
Well, I'm afraid that R1.4 is on its way to becoming more like a CMS. The reason I think this is, well, because I'm including a theme system.. It can be looked at as still a framework, but also as a small CMS.. So I dunno. BUT, I have been
very lazy on this revision/update. I just started working on it again tonight.. Here are some things that Ive done for this release (thats not out yet..)
- Made a menu class, as promised. It makes menu manipulation sooo much easier! Add/remove items on the fly.
- Added $_AEYNIAS['class'] index, the menu class is in this index..
- Moved the $_mysql variable to the $_AEYNIAS['class'] index.
- Working on a template system now.. I have a lot of cool ideas.. We'll see how this goes ;)
So far, not anything appetizing.. Sorry, haha. Got any ideas, send me an email :)... Check older posts for my email.. *cough* two down *cough*

Stupid Mac
It has just been brought to my attention that the ZIP archives I provide aren't extractible on Windows OS. Anyone have a fix I can do to make this work? Ugh! email me spam_me_you_die [at] optimalconnection.net

Nothing new
Hello everyone. There hasn't been any updates, or any progression to AEYNIAS in the past weeks. Since R1.3, I havent worked on it. Solely because I have been dealing with a breakup (we had been dating for 2.5 years) and my computer is being repaired. The graphics card is all messed up. Oh and Ive been dealing with college. Ugh, horrible stuff! haha. Anyways, hopefully I can find some time to work on R1.4 in the coming future :).

Ok so, almost done.
I had delayed posting Revision 1.3 due to some bugs with my server, that I didn't know if it was just my server or improper coding.. It was the server :). So I am doing the finishing touches on it now. Should be up in the following days.
Heres some stuff you can look forward to:
- Modules
- Better handling of the base template
- One variable for all information
- the /views/ url has been depreciated!
- No longer tied down by fixed URL items eg. /views/the_page/the_action/the_id/
- Better handling of dynamic views.
- Included #eval{} as a function for static views (parse php inside the brackets)
- Pages do not have to pertain to the overall template anymore, you have an option per page.
- Better handling of the Login Redirect..
- Base.phtml can now be PHP by dynamic base.php (made better)
So this is the stuff to look forward to! A lot of it should of been in the first release :).
